When we started Welcome 3 years ago, we set out to help teams build lasting relationships with candidates and employees by reimagining the world of compensation–a world where compensation is always transparent, accessible, effortless, and equitable. We helped carve out a fast growing and important category, and have always believed that HR teams, candidates, and employees deserve better.

In 2020, we launched our first product, digital offers, which revolutionized the candidate experience and forever changed the way teams close candidates. We’ve since expanded our platform to include total rewards, ATS, HRIS, and Cap Table integrations, and real-time compensation data. We’re incredibly proud of the impact we’ve had as we’ve helped hundreds of HR teams make better compensation decisions, close more candidates, and retain the most important thing–their talent.

We are excited to announce that in furtherance of our mission we have been acquired by BambooHR! BambooHR is the world’s leading HR and payroll platform that serves nearly three million employees across almost 30,000 organizations.

This marks an incredible milestone in our journey and accelerates our mission by bringing our platform to tens of thousands of organizations and millions of employees. We would not have reached this exciting milestone without the support of our amazing team, customers, and investors, and for that we are truly grateful!
