Paul Cianciolo is a Vice President at FirstMark Capital, and focuses on early-stage investments in the digital media, education, enterprise, and healthcare IT sectors. Paul works closely with and provides Board-level strategic and operational support to several FirstMark portfolio companies. Paul also serves as a mentor for a number of NYC-based education and technology programs, including The Academy for Software Engineering and the healthcare-focused startup accelerator, Blueprint Health. Prior to joining FirstMark, Paul worked within the M&A group at Allen & Company, where he assisted on transactions in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors.
